Description: Placolith coccoliths similar to Reticulofenestra but with single spine formed from inner tube elements.

Remarks: Endemic to the central Paratethys.

Type species: Noelaerhabdus bozinovicae Jerkovic, 1970.

Range: Pannonian, equivalent to zones NN10 - 11.
